CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- A group of tricycle operators and drivers recently visited the City of San Fernando to share their best practices in three-wheeled vehicle operations and management.
The Santiago Federation of Tricycle Operators and Driver's Association (Safetoda) made a courtesy call to Mayor Edwin Santiago at city hall where their president Joey Huelgas said that the group's mission is to share practices on traffic management and order on the road like what they do in Isabela province.
City government officials led by Public Order and Safety Coordinator Raymond Del Rosario, Traffic Management Division OIC Police Senior Superintendent Danilo Bautista (Ret) and Chief Inspector Willie Manaloto (Ret) later on discussed San Fernando's own program on traffic management.
The City Tourism office also gave Safetoda members heritage passports, maps and brochures about the city's history and culture.
