POLICE arrested a foreigner for illegal possession of firearms, ammunition and illegal drugs at the Clark International Airport on Tuesday morning, July 10.
Hoseop Yoon, a Korean national, was scheduled to depart for Incheon, South Korea when he was stopped at the airport at around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday.
He was charged with violation of Republic Act (RA) 10591 and RA 9165.
Clark Airport Police arrested Yoon after a check on his baggage showed a caliber.22 pistol with five rounds of ammunition for calibre 22 and two sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu. (PR)
