THE Metro Central Luzon Food, Inc. (MCLFI), under the umbrella of The LausGroup of Companies, opened on Friday, June 15, three casual dining restaurants as part of its Clark Restos, a bustling one-stop dining destination, adjacent to the Laus Auto Services, Inc. in Clark Freeport.
MCLFI president Ma. Theresa Laus noted that the newly-opened fast food chains namely Yellow Cab, Pancake House, and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, aim to further serve more customers in Pampanga.
"We're very thrilled that finally, we are now here in Clark and are ready to offer high-quality and affordable food to our customers from the freeport and neighboring areas," she said.
"With these new establishments, we aim to not only contribute to the growth and progress of Clark, but also provide more employment to our kababayans here," she added.
For his part, Pancake House COO John Amante expressed optimism that the Pancake House, a subsidiary of the Max's Group, will thrive in the area.
"In behalf of our president and CEO and the entire Max's Group family, we want to thank and congratulate the whole LausGroup team headed by Sir Levy and Ma'am Tess. This is actually our 7th store this 2018, and we are grateful for MCLFI's help in our expansion. This is their second Pancake House franchise next to their San Fernando branch, and we are looking forward to more partnerships with them in the near future," he noted.
Moreover, aside from Pancake House, Yellow Cab, known for its New York-style pizzas, is also housed inside the Clark Restos. Yellow Cab Operations Head Shirley Canlas shared that the dining outlet can accommodate more than 40 diners in an indoor and outdoor setting. It also provides delivery services from 9:00am up to 12:00 midnight.
In addition, customers can also now enjoy The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf's premium gourmet coffee, exotic tea varieties, and other comfort food in a spacious and modern two-story building.
Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Noel Manankil relayed that these ventures are a welcome addition to Clark's numerous business hubs.
"We are very happy and very thankful for the LausGroup for choosing Clark. These new establishments will provide more food options to our locators and workers here in the freeport. It's also interesting to note that Mr. Levy is a former president of CDC, so we want to welcome him back home," he said.
The Clark Restos is located along M.A Roxas Highway, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
