THIRD District Representative Aurelio Gonzales Jr. led the inauguration of the P4.7 million worth Maligaya Village Covered Court in Barangay Dolores, City of San Fernando over the weekend.
Gonzales, who was accompanied by chief of staff Mica Gonzales and Engr. Brenz Gonzales, said the construction of the said facility was accomplished in record time and is now ready to host barangay activities and events.
"We want a well-rounded development in terms of the social well-being of our constituents. We want them to have the chance to put up social events and sporting activities. These events contribute to the social well-being of a community and this covered court will serve as a focal point for such events," Gonzales told VoxPop Pampanga.
Gonzales said three more covered courts are set to be inaugurated in various barangays in the district in the coming weeks.
He said he is all out in supporting future sporting activities in the town in the coming months.
