CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Lany Laus-Manaloto of the City Health Office in the City of San Fernando was hailed as the 2018 Outstanding Professional of the Year in the field of Midwifery conferred by the Professional Regulation Commission during the PRC Awards Night held on June 21 at the Fiesta Pavilion of Manila Hotel.
During the flag raising ceremony on Monday, June 25, Manaloto received a certificate of commendation given by the Local Government of San Fernando for her exemplary effort and dedication to public service.
City Councilor Nelson Lingat, OIC-City Administrator Engineer Michael Quizon, Office of the Sangguniang Panglungsod Secretary Avelina Lagman, City Human Resource and Development Officer Rachelle Yusi, City Health Officer Dr. Eloisa Aquino, and Rural Health Physicians Dr. Emerito Mercado and Dr. Rowena Salas lead the awarding of certificate of commendation.
