Colonel Eric Noble, Deputy Regional Director for Operations, identified the arrested as Darlene Jane Mon of Sitio Mandaloy, Barangay Taltal.

Noble said that Zambales police operatives, with a warrant of arrest issued by Branch 71 of the Regional Trial Court, swooped down the residence of the suspect.
