THE Pampanga Rural Electric Service Cooperative Inc. (Presco) was given last December 4, 2020 nine achievement awards by the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (Philreca) for the former's various accomplishments for the year 2019.
The recognitions were awarded during the association's culmination of its Annual General Membership Meeting held online. A total of 121 electric cooperative's nationwide participated in the activity.
Presco for its performances was bestowed with the following: 1. Paramount Achievement Award; 2. Prompt Payor Award; 3. Limelight Award; 4. Extra Mile Award; 5. Special Citation for ECs with Fully Liquidated Subsidy Fund for Rural Electrification; 6. Model EC Award; 7. Constant Contributor Award; 8. Ace of Region Award; and 9. Strong Commitment to Brotherhood Award.
Presco Board President Zenaida Quiambao and General Manager Efren Tongol expressed their gratitude to the Philreca for the awards and the National Electrification Administration (NEA) for its support to the electric cooperative.
Meanwhile, they also thanked Presco's member-consumer-owners for their cooperation and support, acknowledging their patronage and support to their electric cooperative and its employees for their hardwork and dedication to serve.
Presco is an electric cooperative with office at Anao, Mexico, Pampanga serving electric consumers in barangays in the towns of Arayat, Magalang, Mexico and Sta. Ana. (DPL)
