ZAMBOANGA Councilor Cary John Pioc, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) federation president, announced that soon all local SK officials will undergo drug test to ensure they are drug-free.
Pioc said his office is coordinating with concerned offices and agencies for the realization of the program since the conduct of drug testing entails expenses.
The SK federation president has assured that due process will be observed in dealing with SK officials who will be found positive of illegal drug use.
He said the SK officials should not use and involve in illegal drug activities as they should be the role model of the youths
