A P60-MILLION veterinary hospital is set to be constructed by the Zamboanga City Government to cater to sick animals, including pets.
Dr. Mario Arriola, Office of the City Veterinarian (OCVet) head, said the veterinary hospital will be built at the compound of OCVet in San Roque village.
Arriola said the P60-million allocation will include the construction of the hospital building as well as the purchase of the needed equipment.
The facility will be headed by a licensed veterinarian, who will serve as the hospital head with complete staff, he added.
He said the hospital will have complete facilities like any other medical facility like the laboratory and different sections. (Bong Garcia/VoxPop Philippines)
